We offer fully equipped houseboats for 2 people (1 bedroom) to 10 people (5 bedrooms), which can be steered without the need for a boat licence. A unique ‘camping on the water’ experience, ideal for exploring Alqueva at your own pace.

Amieira Marina Cruises offer a unique sailing experience on Lake Alqueva, aboard the Guadiana, which can carry up to 120 passengers. Departing from Amieira Marina, the routes allow you to enjoy stunning scenery, river beaches and the imposing Alqueva Dam. They are an excellent option for leisure time, group events or as a complement to visits in the region. The experience can also be enhanced with meals and wine tastings accompanied by regional produce.
