The Quetzal White&Red Collection experience is designed for those who wish to discover the character and diversity of Quinta do Quetzal wines in a comprehensive and immersive way.

The visit begins with a guided tour of our winery and wine cellar, where guests will learn about our full winemaking process — from grape reception and fermentation to barrel aging and bottling. This is a unique opportunity to understand our production philosophy and the deep respect we hold for the traditions and terroir of Vidigueira.

Following the tour, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of our white and red wines, carefully selected to showcase the variety and essence of our portfolio. This tasting offers a broad perspective on the identity of Quetzal wines, highlighting their aromatic profiles, styles, and distinctive character.

The tasting is accompanied by a platter of regional cheeses and cured meats, served with traditional Vidigueira bread — a pairing that celebrates the authenticity and richness of local flavours.

To conclude the experience, we invite you to visit our Art Center, a contemporary space that hosts rotating exhibitions and represents a unique meeting point between wine, art, and architecture in the heart of the Alentejo.
